at UPTL are equipped with most modern-state-of-art manufacturing facilities,
located in Nagpur-steel manufacturing hub of India. Our CNC controlled
production optimizes accurate fabrication with minimal tolerances as
required & are accepted by National and International norms.
Our innovative team of professionals believe in optimized output, cost
effectiveness with in-house designing, which in turn ensures flawless
fitments during construction activities. Few of the important assets that we
have along with few that we wish to incorporate are:
- Currently, we have achieved a capacity of 35,000 Metric Tones per
annum of Fabrication and 35,000 Metric Tones of Galvanization.
- We are equipped with 10 CNC machines, EOT Cranes, Mono
cranes and automated production equipment has been installed at our
location.
- To ensure optimum production there will be independent production
lines for plates, angles and other structural members.
There is systematic movement of raw materials and semi finished products
through mechanized systems, ensuring minimum loss of time during
intermediate processes with independent industrial department, which is
headed by our competent team of engineers.
Production, Planning & control
The installation of Enterprise Resource Planning software in our company,
enables our dedicated supply chain in monitoring the material resource
planning module, in order to keep the management and clients updated with
the stipulated targets.
Production planning at our location is totally computerized and in-process
fabrication is strictly governed by the quality norms, that are specified by
individual contracts and esteemed client's requirements.
Galvanizing
Plant
Our Galvanizing Plant is equipped with electrically activated system for
controlling the temperature of the Zinc in the kettle. We have State-of-art
facility for galvanizing the towers parts, both vertically and horizontally,
thus providing us the flexibility of galvanizing much longer structures than
that of the size of a kettle. Our large sized galvanizing bath tank,
supplied by W.Piling, Germany, measures 10m x 1.5m x1m (Length x Depth x
Width).
The pretreatment of steel structure includes; de-greasing, acid pickling,
fluxing, drying , in order to achieve the best and uniform coating of Zinc
for Structural parts. In order to carry out the production process
uninterrupted, we have comprehensive and complete continuous mechanical
movement of tower parts, through six number hoists on monorail system from
fabrication shop to dispatch yard.
We are equipped with all the facilities that are
required by any company to function smoothly & hassle free. We have a
massive plot area of 87,600 Sq. Mtr, in which we have permanent Gr. Coverage
of 35,040 Sq. Mtr. & 7,580 Sq. Mtr. area reserved for open at our
disposal. Our working area contains fabrication shop, galvanizing shop,
security & change room, administration building, workers & officers
dinning, pump house and more. All these facilities assist us in maintaining
the qualitative products & services that we are renowned for.
